Dr. Doom

I absolutely love the character design of Dr. Doom. Of course he was created by the greatest comic book duo in history being Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Kirby is one of my favorite artists, and not just from comics but from any medium. I’d love to color this some day.

I believe this was inked with my Pentel Pocket Brush, which is no doubt the best brush pen I’ve ever used.

I’m going to try and start updating my blog more frequently. I’ve been doing a pretty good job at sketching regularly, but a terrible job at posting any of it. I did this one on MLK day and thought it turned out fairly well.
